I am honoured to be welcomed into this sacred space with you as you prepare for your upcoming childbirth experience. I believe that every individual and every birth is unique, so we start with you, where you are.
After the birth of my three children, each with their own unique journey into this world, I developed a passion for birth and this incredible rite of passage. I knew that I wanted to support others as they navigate this life changing experience. When my sister in law asked me to support her as she prepared for and birthed her baby, a light sparked within me. I felt deep within my soul that I was in the right place, and so began my journey into birth work and the creation of Birth With Love - Childbirth Education. |
I am a certified Childbirth Educator through Douglas College, and am an apprentice of my greatest teacher and mentor Britta Bushnell, PhD, award winning Childbirth Educator and author of Transformed By Birth.
Birth is a very personal and life changing experience. I feel privileged and honoured when expectant parents instill their trust in me to support them as they prepare for this meaningful, transformative journey.

- To create a safe, comfortable environment where all sharing and exploring is welcomed and honoured.
- Every individual and every birth is unique. There isn’t a one size fits all approach.
- My clients are the experts in their own lives.
- The journey into parenthood is transformational. Bringing awareness to this allows for powerful opportunities of growth and expansion.
- To offer opportunities for self exploration, resilience building and exploring new practices that will support my clients not only in labour and birth, but also as they navigate new parenthood.
