If you resonate with any of these feelings, a Birth Story Medicine® session may be right for you. Whether your birth was 6 weeks ago or 10 years ago, you may find seeds of healing and recovery in a Birth Story Medicine® session.

I offer a safe space for those who have birthed or witnessed birth to share their unique story and open the door for healing and transformation. Our time together will flow with a guided process that brings insight, resolution, and healing as we dive deeper into exploring and understanding the birth experience you have navigated or witnessed.

What does a session look like?

Our time together is private and confidential. We can meet in person if possible, over zoom, or over the phone.

A Birth Story Medicine Session is $90.00. Sessions can run from 60-75 minutes and I always encourage my clients to arrange childcare so that this time can be dedicated to your healing journey, distraction free.
